T. Ruth Chang
After 25 years of a finance career spanning health, manufacturing, banking, and telecommunications, Ruth Chang departed from her executive position at AT&T to devote time to her passions for non profits organizations in visual, performing arts, education and social advancement.
Born and educated in Taiwan, Ms. Chang received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas in San Antonio. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has served on various advisory boards, including Blue Star Contemporary Art Museum, The Salvation Army, Madonna Neighborhood Center, and Board of Trustees at the Southwest School of Art. She now calls San Antonio home. Besides her volunteer work, she remains active in business consulting services, develops and manages real estate portfolio. She is an experimental cook, an avid gardener, a world traveler, and an outdoor enthusiast in cycling and downhill skiing.
