John “JJ” Casey

John Casey is currently serving as Director of U.S. Operations, Software Development Lifecycle Center, Conduent. Casey is from New Hampshire and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1992, and from Florida State University with a Master of Arts in International Relations in 1994. He served 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, first as a tactical airlift and developmental test pilot, and later as a military diplomat and international affairs strategist at The Pentagon and U.S. Embassies in Berlin, Germany and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. A Federal Appointee to the National Language Service Corps, Casey provides emergent and short-term German and French foreign language assistance to requesting federal agencies. He is also a poet and author whose writing has appeared in numerous literary journals, magazines and online blogs. His first book, RAW THΦUGHTS, will be released in July 2019 by Adelaide Books (NY, NY). Casey is passionate about racquetball and fitness, culture, travel and nature, and the human spirit, and resides in San Antonio, TX with his wife and two children.
