Daniela Serna is an active community volunteer, mother and lawyer. She was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she was selected as one of the outstanding clinical law students and is currently licensed to practice law in Texas.
Serna is on the board of Landa Gardens Conservancy and the Mind Science Foundation. She is an active member of the Battle of Flowers Association and the Charity Ball Association. In the recent past, Serna has helped with the very successful Boys and Girls Club Capital Campaign of the Mays Family Clubhouse, served as past President and Gala Chair of the Texas Biomedical Forum, and chaired/co-chaired numerous events in town to benefit many non-profits like, The DoSeum, Southwest School of Art, The Witte Museum, Blue Star Contemporary, Gladney Center for Adoption, San Antonio Botanical Gardens, Autism Community Network, St. David’s Episcopal School, Junior League of San Antonio, amongst others.
Serna is married to Dr. Antonio Serna IV, a gastroenterologist with San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates. They have three children. She enjoys playing tennis and giving her time to help make an impact in the San Antonio community.
